Repeat fit-out project for United Learning at Newstead Wood Girls School library faced challenges due to unexpected asbestos discovery during soft strip. Delay was absorbed through segregation, with various installations and upgrades completed.

Clive Graham Associates reconfigured an existing art room into a new kitchen and food prep area at Lansdowne School, managing challenges by thorough validation of existing services and up-front design meetings.

In spring 2022, Clive Graham Associates replaced and reconfigured two commercial kitchens for Mill Hill and Seymour Schools in Crawley. Asbestos removal and structural alterations were required, along with new underground services, roof space strengthening, and hygienic finishes. The projects were completed in coordination with Airdale kitchen suppliers and domestic supply chain.

Clive Graham Associates successfully upgraded fire compartmentation, doors, and existing door components at Winston Way Primary School within the six-week summer break. The project was located in a busy part of East London and required collaboration with specialist suppliers and incumbent contractors for fire alarm and access control. Structural surveys were conducted to procure new 60-minute fire-rated doors and upgrade existing doors with new lipping, smoke seals, and door closers.

The project location was in the grounds of Morden college retirement home Blackheath and was commissioned to open up the grounds of Morden College to the onsite residents community and close families.
