CGA’s Ceilings and Partitions team have delivered the refurbishment, decoration and ceilings and partitions works to 10-12 Lees Place apartments in Mayfair on behalf of Chorus Group for Grosvenor West End Properties.
The development consisted of the creation of two retail units and 11 luxury apartments within the beautiful Georgian building located within the pedestrian mews situated in the heart of Mayfair close to Grosvenor Square.
The 30,000ft2 space was completely stripped out before extensive structural alterations and additions were made.
CGA’s team provided new suspended ceilings and partitions, wet plaster, screed and decoration. Full services were also replaced before the apartments were fit out to bespoke, luxury standards.
