The project is located down the road from Big Ben and Houses of Parliament. The scope includes strip out and refurbishment of the office back to a Cat A allowing the office to be leased to a new tenant. The works of the project are mainly soft strip and demolition. The brief is to utilise the existing ceiling, repair and replace areas where required.
All of the works was carried out whilst important tenants inhabited the upper floors of the building without unreasonable disruption.
