Trading Technologies, Capital House

CGA has completed the commercial fit out for Trading Technologies (TT) offices on the seventh floor of Capital House, King William Street in the City of London. Trading Technologies, offers professional trading software to market traders and has 13 offices over five continents.  

We provided the fit out to the 1100m2 office space creating; a new reception area, communications room, two meeting rooms, break out areas, three small offices, training room and main office space to house over 50 desks. The new office layout has generated an area on the floor which can now be sub-let to another tenant.

CGA completed the alteration to the air-conditioning to suit the new layout, in addition to providing new lighting control and a split of power distribution boards between TT’s space and the new sublet area. The power and data was upgraded to fit the new layout and safety regulations.

Alterations were made to the existing ceilings, and partitions, including glass and dry walls. We also installed a new external door to the building façade to allow the client to access the terrace and provided bespoke joinery items such as; the reception desk, kitchen units, training room storage, and alterations to existing joinery to fit the new layout and increase functionality.
