CGA has provided the complete refurbishment of the Visitors Lounge 750m2 space at GSK House, Brentford. The Visitors Lounge is located on the ground floor WREF area of GSK House which acts as a welcome space to accommodate visitors to GlaxoSmithKline complete with; shower, refreshment and secure luggage hold facilities.
The purpose for the works was to refresh and modify the space which was in need of updating and was no longer reflective of Blue Chip Company standards. The project has provided a complete refurbishment of the area and will increase the visitor capacity to meet the demand.
The works included minor alterations to the building fabric (ceilings, partitions and panels, doors, glazing, new beverage point, work-tops, new WCs, walls, cleaning and decorating) and alterations to all associated services as necessary (small power, lighting, data, HVAC, etc.).
Alterations were made to the pipework, Fire and Sprinkler systems and power and data. CGA also provided bespoke joinery items such as the Vanity Units and bespoke beverage serveries.
