CGA recently completed a summer project at Park View School in Haringey, undertaking recladding and remedial works to the school sports hall. The project was completed on time, ensuring the school could make full use of the facility upon its return in September. Although the building was mostly unoccupied, CGA worked closely with the school’s facilities management team to coordinate works around summer clubs and activities, minimizing disruption.
Wall Cladding Replacement
The project involved the removal of non-compliant wall cladding and the installation of new, compliant materials. This upgrade ensures the building adheres to current safety regulations and enhances its overall durability and aesthetics.
AHU Platform Extension
The extension of the air handling unit (AHU) platform was carried out to improve the functionality and accessibility of the school’s ventilation systems.
Fencing and Steel Painting
New fencing was installed around the sports hall perimeter, and the steel structure was repainted to enhance the building's durability and improve its appearance.
