The Project was situated in Wellcome Trust Genome Campus Hinxton. The Project consisted of installing a new CLT2 laboratory research site for Wellcome Trust who one of the leading reach and development companies in field in Genomics research. The project consisted of full demolition of the existing space and introduction of:

• Fume cupboards
• C02 lines throughout
• New mechanical services
• Two new roof mounted AHUs
• New mechanical dedicated lab air circulation systems
• New lighting system
• Flooring
• Lab work benches with power and lighting integration
• Power data trunking throughout
• New toilets to two floors
• Office write up rooms
• New hygenic doors to labs
• Glazed partitions
• Safety cabinets
