CGA completed the commercial refurbishment and fit out at Fleet House, Clerkenwell. Southern Housing Group own and occupy the majority of Fleet House.
The works have created additional office space at 4th and 5th floors, green roof area, new fit out and relocation of WC areas all whilst the building remains occupied between basement and 3rd Floor.
The works included the construction of a new 5th floor roof top extension, partial infill at 4th floor level and office fit out.
