Brompton Barracks – North Block Accommodation

Project Overview

We have been awarded the refurbishment of the Grade II listed North Block accommodation building at Brompton Barracks in Chatham, our latest project for Babcock at the site, following our work on the Burgoyne and Napier Blocks and the Officer's Mess roof.

Scope of Works

The works comprise the internal refurbishment of the basement, ground, first and second floors of Houses C, D, 11 and 12, together with façade repairs, structural works and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating (MEPH) works.

The internal refurbishment includes, but is not limited to:

• New floor, ceiling and wall finishes.

• New kitchen, kitchenette and laundry facilities.

• New sanitary fixtures and fittings throughout.
