Clive Graham Associates Ltd (CGA) welcomes back Natalya Tonkins as Strategy Director. With 14 years’ experience of the construction industry, Natalya will be working to develop and execute the company’s business strategy and growth plans.
She will look to build new and existing client relationships whilst overseeing CGA’s marketing activities. Natalya previously worked for CGA from 2013-2017 as New Business and Marketing Manager. Throughout her career, Natalya has worked in a variety of marketing and business development roles. After graduating in English Language and Literature, she first began to build her skills in the bid and marketing department of a Tier 1 international building contractor.
She then moved into more client facing roles for other contractors, becoming Board Director responsible for preconstruction activities. With experience in marketing strategy, branding and communications, Natalya achieved a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 6 qualification in Professional Marketing in 2022 to formally recognise her expertise.
Speaking about her new role, Natalya said:
