Delivering Quality Projects

As a company we hold ISO 9001:2008, 1SO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications.

Our quality objectives are:

  • To ensure that client requirements and expectations are fully understood, standards are established and service delivery is continually monitored against these standards;
  • To comply in all respects with client legal and regulatory requirements through quality performance and adaptation of best practice;
  • To provide the right organisation, facilities and resources and employ highly skilled teams who deliver quality services in fulfilment of our contract responsibilities effectively and efficiently, and;
  • To continually review and monitor all aspects of our business to identify opportunities for implementing continual improvement and enhancement of client satisfaction.

In order to achieve quality on the project throughout the construction phases we prepare our strategy by way of our Close Out and Inspection Plan. This document details the necessary information and documentation to successfully deliver quality and reach completion.

Supply Chain

We value our relationships with our supply chain and have been fortunate to have maintained a long standing working relationship with many of our suppliers and consultants for over 20 years. To ensure that we maintain a high standard of quality in our work we have procedures in place to evaluate and measure performance.

All subcontractors must first complete our Pre-qualification Questionnaire and qualify before becoming part of our supply chain. We also monitor our subcontractors through our Subcontractor Performance Report which is completed monthly on each project. The report gives early indication of potential site issues and ensures that a high standard of work is maintained. Our specialised in-house installation of ceilings, partitions and associated finishes is a service key to our business success and enables us to have greater control.

We undertake ceiling and partitions works via our in-house division, which enables us to control coordination and monitor workmanship to enable a high quality finish to be delivered.
